Your event will get a full general session and breakout room A/V, with anywhere from one to fifteen breakout rooms in addition to the main plenary. Our team delivers multi-cam live-switch recording and streaming for both general sessions and breakout rooms, including simultaneous streaming to multiple destinations. Our staff is experienced full-time in-house technicians who manage all equipment and operations, scaling labor as needed based on room count and event complexity. Our technicians also work directly with presenters to ensure smooth, professional presentations in every session.
