Every live AV event starts with a discovery phase. We align with the client on objectives, audience size, venue constraints, content requirements, and budget. From there, we design a technical plan that integrates audio, video, lighting, staging, and digital media to support the event’s goals.

Pre-production is where the event is engineered. We finalize equipment specifications, signal flow, show run-of-show, content formats, and staffing. Site surveys, load-in logistics, power requirements, and contingency planning are completed to ensure a seamless on-site execution.

On show day, our production team handles load-in, system setup, testing, and rehearsals. A dedicated show caller or technical director manages cues in real time, ensuring audio clarity, flawless visuals, lighting precision, and smooth transitions throughout the event.

Post-event, we manage strike and load-out, then review performance against objectives. When applicable, we deliver recordings, live-stream archives, analytics, and post-production assets. This phase also includes a debrief to identify improvements and optimize future events.
